GD – the rejection
procedure. A Group discussion is a procedure
to shortlist candidates by elimination when large number of candidates cannot
be interviewed. It involves rejection and elimination process.
GD - Objective: to select the right people.
GD - Procedure: 1. Group
(of 15-20 candidates) speaks on a given topic for about 15-20 minutes;
2. Progress: - Chaos period [(every body starts speaking
at once (1.5-2 minutes)],
