Lectures are drab. But, dialogues hold your attention. Even Socrates encouraged dialogue & debate. Great ideas emerge through dialogues. So, communication should be open & a two-way process. But, this rarely happens – we are so busy communicating our thoughts that we stop listening & grasping other person’s ideas. Jeremie Kubicek & Steve Cockram believe we don’t understand how to communicate because we don’t recognise different voices in which people speak.
