Shiva was proposing a product packaging change initiative, which would reduce the cost & solve one of the customer’s major grouse.
Sharad- purchase manager repeatedly interrupted Shiva’s presentation & made baseless arguments to reject his ideas. Sharad was notorious for these interruptions.
Shiva was disturbed & frustrated by this continuous purposeful resistance & appeared helpless. He hated reducing this interaction into a shouting match.
