Rasika Joshi was 28 years old when she was promoted to Head of Marketing at Opinion First, a market research agency. After the initial euphoria, she became nervous & anxious and dreaded going to office as she had to lead a team of 30 people who were veterans having 20 to 30 years work experience. In spite of having all the capabilities & qualities, her communication with her team members became weak. Since she doubted her potential others doubted it too We do have moments in our life where we lack the self confidence to take on the situation. Here we need to fake it we don’t have it and gradually this faking is not needed.
