Asking questions plays an important role in transferring and sharing knowledge. It adds value to the organisation. Many of us hesitate to ask questions. We just don’t probe further to get a clear picture. We feel by asking questions it would give an impression that we want to either exhibit our superiority or will be viewed as dumb. In fact, questions lead to clarity, sharing of ideas, brainstorming, open discussions, exchange of information & knowledge. It creates an environment of openness, trust and bonding.
