In the epic Ramayana, Hanuman was ordered by Lord Rama to visit Lanka where Ravana had kidnapped & kept Sita. Hanuman went in search of Sita, destroyed Lanka but, didn’t defeat Ravana & bring back Sita as he wasn’t ordered by Lord Rama to do so. Here Hanuman is a manager & Lord Rama is a leader. Lord Rama later mobilised the Army and killed Ravana. Leaders disrupt the status-quo, take risks & challenges. They dream & have a vision, which they achieve through their team/ managers. Thus, no organization can work without the manager or the leader. Both are needed for realising the organization’s vision & its smooth functioning.
