Target Audience

Buying has changed today, so obviously selling has to change. We need to adopt new techniques but, we cannot discard the old completely. Selling today is about adding new techniques to the old ones to reach the target customer at various touch points. The new age selling skill is not about just meeting consumer expectations like traditional selling. It is about exceeding customer expectations.
